Lad's is your Deer and Game Processing answer. We Custom Process Deer, Feral Hogs, Elk, Antelope, Bison and Exotic Game year round.
Our excellent reputation for Deer and Game Processing is a result of our principal policy: "We process your meat for you." We don't pool meat. Each order is custom, you get your meat back.
We are happy to steak out your meat, save a roast and make sausage out of the rest. We make your deer/game-pork sausage in Links, Slim Jims and Summer Sausage to your taste. We are also happy to add cheese and Jalapenos to your sausage. Don't forget to ask us to make some Jerky too.
